09/05/2014 Thoroughly checked for AmCyan using CFP filter on scope, didn't see anything. Split all the 6-well plates into two plates. Was careful to not cross contaminate, only potential non-controlled issue would be length of trypsinization but was consistent between samples and their gal4-eed controls, but not Luc14 controls. Luc14 gRNA 20 has 5mLs media, all the rest have 4.
