This gel isn't that great, and I can't remember exactly what kind of 1 kb ladder was used. But shows four successful PCR reactions using biotin and digoxigenin labeled primers. Using constant 100 mA current, a 0.5% TAE agarose gel, and 1 λ of DNA in each well (including ladder). Not sure of running time.--Skoch3 02:15, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
