PCR of CAT/RAT Flea

  • I ran PCR using Cat and Rat flea cDNA made previously and using FNde1 and defensin RBamH1 primers.


10μL Master Mix

2μL each primer(5uM)

1μL cDNA template

5μL water


Ran a gel of the PCR products 

     Lane 1: 2-Log Ladder
     Lane 2 cat flea-infected
     Lane 3 cat flea-uninfected
     Lane 4 rat flea control
     Lane 5 negative control
