Efficiency testing of antimicrobial peptides against bacteria.

Cationic antimicrobial peptides (AMP) are dispensable components of innate immune systems and promising candidates for novel anti-effective strategies. Engineered and natural AMPs will be reviewed and their efficacy against bacteria will be analysed.
