  • As per procedure, reading of CV absorbance of Trial IV biofilms

Biofilm Optimization Trial V

  • Same procedure as Trial III, with minor addendum. CONDITIONS: 21 C and 37 C for 72 hrs
  • Addendum: grew 5-hr inoculum using M9 medium, to check (via CV readings) whether there is an effect on biofilm growth.

Sonication step

  • Ultrasonic bath in the lab too strong for biofilm removal.
  • Utilized sonicator probe in Prof Kunn's Lab ==> too weak.
  • Purchase lids with detachable pegs.

Plate count on 1.0 McFarland LB and M9 of Trial IV (12/20)
