Entry title

  • Started at 830am
  • Culture bacteria
    • Single loop taken from innocula (streaked petri dishes on 9th Dec) and suspended into 10ml both in a test tube (for 24hrs).
    • Placed in shaking incubator at 37 degrees, 250rpm.
