Project Description/Abstract

  • The new positive control for PCR is in the freezer, in an orange-top 15ml tube. It has two primers (F and R, use 1ul each) and the template DNA (a plasmid for the primers, and amplifies a ~3 kb piece - hint, how does this influence your PCR machine programming conditions?)
