Protocol

LAB A: SECTION 1-

Materials

  • PPE:Lab coat (proper attire),gloves,glasses
  • PCR mixture: 8 tubes, 50 μL each of Taq DNA polymerase, MgCl2, and dNTP’s
  • DNA/ primer mix: 8 tubes, 50 μL each different templates of DNA
  • Empty PCR tubes
  • Disposable pipettes
  • Cup (for scrap tips)
  • Micropipettor
  • OpenPCR machine
