Solution recipe for 100mL 5x LiOAc/TE. Dilute to 1x for use.
1. Measure 50mL 1M LiOAC into a 250mL beaker 0.5M LiOAc
2. Add 5mL 1M Tris pH 8.0 50mM TRIS
3. Add 2mL .5M EDTA pH 8.0 10mM EDTA
4. Bring volume to 100mL by adding 43mL sterile H2O
5. Sterilize solution with sterile filtering technique
