Wikiomics:Structural biology

Structural biology is the science consisting in determining the 3D structure and dynamics of biological macromolecules, and relating them to their biological function.

The most widely used technique for determining 3D structures of proteins is Wikiomics:X-ray crystallography (90%), followed by Wikiomics:NMR (10%).
