Procedure

  • Same thing as yesterday. Today we are going to make citrate nanoparticles and try and get them to be around 50nm.
  • Different solutions that we will create
    1. 2mL gold and 0.5mL citrate
    2. 2.5mL gold and 0.5mL citrate
    3. 2.75mL gold and 0.5mL citrate
    4. 3mL gold and 0.5mL citrate
    5. 3mL gold and 1.5mL citrate
    6. 10mL gold and 1.5mL citrate
