Mike Yee is a graduate student in the Biomedical Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. Prior to arriving in Ann Arbor, he studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating with the first class of biological engineers in June 2008. While at MIT, Yee was a member of the Endy and Knight labs. His primary research focus is on computational modeling, with secondary interests in undergraduate education.

Yee has been active on OpenWetWare since the spring of 2006, and currently serves as a member of the steering committee.
