  • All HEK293 Cells died, realized that it had not been 15% but 45% CSE!! Experiment failed, no repeat due to time issues.

Discussion

  • PKA Co-IP Appears still unsuccessful, at least RII subunits would be expected to be visible
  • Even AKAP18δ-PP seems to inhibit some RII binding, seeing as the signal is somewhat fainter compared to the untreated blots
