  • 8% AA Tris-Urea gel was prepared (separating)
    • Tris pH 8.8 2.5 mL (Should be 1.5 M? But 0.75 M was used)
    • 4.8 g Urea
    • 2.7 mL 30% bis-Acrylamide

    • Up to 10 mL with H2O (about 1 mL?)

    • Tris pH 6.8 630 μL (Should be 1 M? But 0.625 M was used)

    • 830 μL 30% bis-Acrylamide
    • 50 μL 10% APS

    • Up to 5 mL with H2O (about 2.5 mL?)
