Summary

  • RII overlay for blot made 09May2010
  • Stop stimulation and collect samples for ELISA

Notes

  • Due to a missing filter the machine planned to use for viability staining a new machine had to be used and due to this more time had passed, plates were stored at 4 °C in the mean time.
  • Fluorescence was not measurable anymore, absorbance was used instead.

Discussion

  • Alamar blue seems to work fine with only absorbance
