  • Samples were removed from incubation.
  • The control (4) showed no signs of growth and was discarded.
  • 1, 2 and 3 contained 100+ colonies each, with minimal overgrowth (pictures to be uploaded soon).
  • These petri dishes were then sealed and placed into the freezer at 4°C until 1.28.13.
