Gel

Pour

  • 270 mL 1x TAE + 5.4 g agarose
  • microwave: set for 5 min @ half power, will first boil at "1:20", done about "0:20"
  • 27 µL GelRed

Load

  • 1 µL gel load dye + 5 µL PCR product
  • 6 µL ladder

Run

  • 160 V
  • 1 hour
