    • in 10mL 2.5mM solution, I need 9.096mg HAuCl4:3H2O
      • actual amount used: 10.10mg
      • therefore, I need 11.10mL H2O
  • BSA solution
    • MW = 66776g
    • in 20mL 15μM solution, I need 20.032mg BSA
      • actual amount used: 21.75mg BSA
      • therefore, I need 21.67mL of H2O

20mL Hydrogels 130K PVA; Various Ratios

  • Ratio 1: 60 Au:BSA
    • fixed: .25mM Au
    • new BSA: 0.00417mM
    • solution: 2mL 2.5mM Au + 5.56mL 15μM BSA + 12.44mL H2O
