Membrane Depolarisation

Performed membrane depolarisation experiment on zhou's AMP Performed experiment on Ecoli, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Serratia and Candida. The first peak of depolarisation did not occur, instead the fluorescene emission increased exponentially without decreasing. After Gramicidin was added at 130 seconds, the fluorescence increased only slightly. Saved results as zhou_ecoli1 zhou_ecoli2 zhou_pseudo1 zhou_serratia8jan1 zhou_ecoli8jan1 zhou_candida8jan1 zhou_candida8jan2 zhou_pseudo8jan1 Will attempt to reduce the amount of dye used at the next experimental trial
