Project Description

Pendulum

The project I am working on is building, debugging, and calibrating a force pendulum. The pendulum will be used to impart force to the cap of a scintillation vial that has a needle that holds a ball coated with drug particles. The impact will cause the particles to fly off the ball, and disperse throughout the vial. Its intended use is to model the dispersion of nanoscale particles due to a force.
