*The course is designed by American University to experiment different aspects of PVOH films.

Pour it in to a beaker and place it in to a freezer at -20C for 20 hours.then thaw for 4 hours. 3 freeze-thaw cycle is required.

Description

  • 0.51 g of PVOH (MW:89000-98000) was placed in to a beaker with 6 ml of phosphate buffer. It was placed in to a hot plate with temperature of 120C.(stir well to dissolve PVOH completely).
  • 50ml of mineral oil was placed in to a homogenizer.
