Tris buffer preparation

Objective

Two buffer solutions of 10mM Tris+50mM NaCl and 10mM Tris+1M NaCl at Ph of 8.5 were prepared

Procedure

  1. 1.12g Tris and 2.9g NaCl were added to 1L of distilled water to produce 10
