Observations of Microsphere freeze thaw method

  • In comparison to the frozen hydrogels, crystals could not be seen in the structure of the microshperes.
  • Small, pink colored spheres appeared at the bottom of each beaker, with larger spheres toward the top of the aqueous layer(below a layer of mineral oil).
