Procedure

  • 3 3mL solutions each with and without Myricetin were prepared as follows:
    • 40μM adenosine, XμM ADA, and 10% volume DMSO, with or without Myrecetin. Solutions with Myrecetin have 25μM.
    • The first five solutions were prepared and analyzed today, while the last was prepared and analyzed on Wednesday.
