I work (doing my PhD thesis) in the Plant developmental biology and plant physiology group at the CAUniversity in Kiel. I learned about OpenWetWare from Google, and I've joined because I am in search of and like to contribute to protocols, especially for arabidopsis and plant molecular biology.

Education

  • 2007, Diploma at the Biocentre Klein Flottbek, University of Hamburg, in the group of Molecular Phytopathology and Genetics (Viruses and Viroids), Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Mühlbach.

Research interests

  • Molecular biology
  • RNAi silencing (and silencing suppression)
  • Plant science
    • Plant growth and development
    • Plant physiology
    • Expecially: auxin effects
