Continuation of ADA Kinetic Assay with Aspirin Inhibitor

  • The objective is to finish the assay for 50 μM aspirin inhibitor.

Description

  • It was decided that only one trial would be run for each concentration of inhibitor due to time constraints.
  • ADA kinetics in the presence of 50uM Acetylsalicylic Acid continued with Trial 1 of 18.9uM adenosine using the following table:
