DNA/ThT Samples Dilutions

Updated fluorescence data and calibration curve for DNA/ThT solutions.<br.> <br.> <br.> <br.> <br.>

Notes

The 700nM sample has been made several different times and has yielded inconsistent results. The sample may be remade again because I feel that the results will significantly change the equation of the calibration curve. With the current data, the 800nM appears to be an outlier whereas if an accurate fluorescence reading could be produced from the 700nM sample, the equation would probably be far more accurate.
