Week 22-28th Frebruary

For this week I am searching information about apoqueorina used in Valencia team.

  • Could it be efficiently expressed in E. Coli?
  • What is necessary to develop this system?
  • How can we get enough Ca+2 influx?

Conclusions:

  • We will not use it because Ca+2 breaks the sense of our project.
  • There are other systems which help us to communicate bacterias.
