Project Description/Abstract

  • Semiconductor basics for photovoltaics.

"Such compounds share with better known semiconductors intermediate conductivity and a rapid variation of conductivity with temperature, as well as occasional negative resistance." [1] . A transparent aerogel glass panel with insulation could prevent temperature variation effects on conductivity. Also, effects of refraction index/width of double layer (glass/laminated bioplastic+insulated transparent layer; alternatively, a bioplastic/glass with high insulation properties)
