Notes about OPH (Organo-Phosphate Hydrolase), an enzyme found in H. sapiens.

Use as voltage-gated, metal-bound electrolyte/proton conductor in cyclic imide additions (Maleimide)

French Press (123aa)

Enzyme name is acyl-coA synthase.

oph: A organo-phosphate (P-OH) hydroxyl bound to a ketone or aldehyde. Synthetic intermediate and precursor to organo-phosphate agents known as AChE inhibitors. Reaction is catalyzed by the Organo-Phosphate Hydrolase enzyme, thus a (Mg)ATP-dependent ligase. See related DOIs above.

  • A sort of patented EGFP (chromophore) used as organo-phosphate dye (read dimer?).
  • Used for detection of Sarin (GB) gas et al.
  • Notes:
  1. What is a chromophore?
  2. More info on EGFP may be found here.
  3. US Patent:

Unknown. The risks and effects of using succinic acid as calcium channel blocker may need further study.
