PVOH/Dye film preparation

  1. 1gPVOH
  2. Dissolve in 7mL of 0.1M NaHCO3/Na2CO3 buffer (pH=10) to deprotonate
  3. Heat and Stir to dissolve
  4. Add 1mg of dye
  5. cover in foil
  6. stir for 1 hr
  7. pour into dish
