Prepare samples for FTIR and synthesize additional gold nanoparticles.


  1. 1 mL of each sample was aquired (BSA/HCl with dye, 70 molar ratio with dye, and 166 molar ratio with dye)
  2. The samples were placed in a pressure oven for 24 hours to evaporate off the water.
  3. Gold nanoparticles and purple fibers were synthesized using the procedure previously used.
