Entry title

  • Cells were feed and passaged - Both cells that were on 1:1 wells (21 Feb and 22 Feb) were passaged to T75 flasks - one normoxia conditions and the the other Hypoxia conditions. Also another, one well from cells, that were passaged before, but some remaining cells stayed behind did proliferated and were again passage for a T25 flask;
  • From normoxia, 5 out of 6 wells, did developed and isolated OECs (on day 17 since isolation);
  • From Hypoxia, 1 out of 6 wells, did developed and isolated OECs (on day 17 since isolation;
  • PW agreed to feed cells while I am out of town;
