Spectra of Mb Citrate in MeOH at Various Temperatures

  • 2.5mg Mb Citrate was mixed with 1mL MeOH.
  • Mixture was placed in a 1mL cuvette.
  • Temperature control was set to 5°C.
  • The cuvette sat in the 5°C for 10 minutes before the spectrum was saved.
  • This process was repeated for temperatures 15°C, 25°C, etc.
