  • Gonna combine optimized Oomycete DC6 primer tagged with 6FAM (OomF DavDC6 – GAGGGACTTTtGGGTAATCA) with OomR for about 1600 bp TRFLP amplicons and then use the below primers for nested detection of particular species.
