Remains of the Day

  • Ran gel of yesterday's PCR and most colony PCRs worked. Will purify and send for sequencing using M13 Forward primer - sent as 1 - 32 in the order they were run on the below gel (remember it was multichannel so 1-8 from the first strip and staggered with 9-16 and etc).
  • Cut potatoes for innoculation with the rest of the endophytes tommorow.
