Remains of the Day

  • Day is 32 days since TBG potato tissue trial started. Harvest, photograh, and weigh plantlets - done.
  • Ran gel of NRC TVD Rhizospheres. Looks like there's useable signal for all, so gonna digest with HhaI (bacteria) and DdeI (fungus) overnight at 35 degrees without PCR purification. Here's a pic of the gel:
