Remains of the Day

  • Ran TRLP PCRs for bacteria and fungus on the 1, 7, 8, 9B and 9G samples of the tomatoe rhizospheres sent from NRC Sask
  • Ran gel of physical capture TRFLP. Poor separation of large frags perhaps cause BstNI doesn't cut a lot. Cut out everything that resolved as a single band and will sequence some on Monday. Looks great otherwise:
