Remains of the Day

  • Spoke with Diane Cuppels at Ag Canada, and she is gonna have James Tembaum at ECORC in Ottawa send me 4 strains of speck and 4 strains of spot to work on tomato (for a disease bioassay I am gonna do to wrap up the TBG story)
  • Emailing Jeff about Illumina sequencing again
  • Mailed off the bacterial and fungal TRFLP of tvd rhizospheres from rep2 of the growth room trials.
