Remains of the Day

  • Skipped doing stats on the tree soil data, and photographed and mashed up one of each potato genotype for follow up culturing experiment. Replaced the 2 bleach, 1 ethanol wash with one 10 minute wash with 0.005% Triton X-100 (50 ul in 1 L of water) and one 15 minute was in 1/10 bleach wash plus TritonX. This was followed by 3 washes in autoclaved water. Diluted the samples in buffer as before after Kleco machine homogenization and then left them in 4 degree overnight til tommorow when I plate em.
