* Ran gel of yesterday's bacterial PCR for TRFLP testing. At question is whether non-purified samples are as good as purified samples for TRFLP analysis when the reaction is saturated by additional rounds of amplification. They were'nt when it was only 30 cycles, but maybe now they'll contain as many peaks cause of PCR saturation.
