Objectives

  • Reconstitute lyophilized DNA samples in 10 μL water and run gel.
  • Take absorbance spectra of thiol-DNA/ThT/AuNP sample and supernatants
  • Prepare thiol-DNA/ThT solution with higher concentrations of DNA
