Re-running Fluorescence Measurements

  • Fluorescence Spectra for the following samples were obtained (excited at 515nm)
  • concentrated AuNP - (3x10^-9 M)excited at 515nm between 530 and 680
  • 1:6 diluted AuNP (6.49 x10^-9 M) excited at 515nm between 530nm and 680nm
