Objective

Prepare hydrogels in smaller form

Procedure

1) Prepare PVOH hydrogels using procedure from1/30/2013, with dye (1μL dye for every 1mL PVOH solution)

2) Distribute 300μL of each PVOH hydrogel solution into 1 well.

3) Freeze at 20°C for 24 hours. Thaw for 24 hours. Repeat this freeze thaw cycle for 3 total cycles
