Clifford Holcombe Pearson
Showed that high temporal resolution binding extends to the high-level visual processing of global form, while the colour of such forms can be bound only very slowly. This is stark evidence that binding within an attribute (here, form) is fast even when cross-attribute binding (form and colour) is slow.
