Project Description

My Project Tasks - for Fall 2012

  1. investigate ionic strength and pH affects on protein nucleation of AuNPs
    1. with BSA, lysozyme and Adenosine deaminase
  2. synthesize Adenosine deaminase
  3. create two mutates of Adenosine deaminase
