Talk:Agarose gel loading buffer

Hi, I wonder if anyone has a recipe for the (Taq) PCR buffers sold by some companies, with which the PCR reaction can be directly loaded on the gel. What do they use as density reagent? Has anyone tried to make her own direct-loading buffer yet...and tested the efficiency of amplification in this buffer compared to standard taq buffer recipies? --Mathias Klode 11:28, 24 April 2008 (EDT)

Colours

I think it is not a good idea to add the order number of any one supplier. The CAS number should be detail enough to find the chemical at the supplier of your choice. Additionally, it may be a good idea to add the colour of the dyes. --Mathias Klode 07:46, 28 May 2008 (EDT)
