Mass Spec Protocol for GxTx-13ACM
- Load the Xcalibur software window, and check the following settings,
- sheath gas:
- aux gas:
- Indicator’s OK:
- Using the 500uL Hamilton syringe, wash with 50% MeOH, prior to injecting any samples.Then, load your syringe with 500uL, of the desired solvent solution that does not contain your sample.
- Load the syringe into the tubing
- Return to Sack:Protocols
