Autoclaving

All dry items (tips, flasks, tubes, etc.) - 20 minutes steam, 20 minutes drying
All liquids (plate agar, media, solutions) - 20 minutes steam
All waste (old plates, etc.) - Must be in bio-hazard bag. 1 hr in big autoclave.
