The List
- make competent Xl1-blue cells
- transform dsM13 into Xl1-blue
- pour two SDS-PAGE gels (12%)
- run fractions from the polg-b mutant on SDS-PAGE
- spin down the cells in the shaker
- make 6 L of LB and autoclave, plus 4 - 100 ml flasks
- start overnight culture of RNAp (AMP/Chloro)
